Quizzes – How to Import Quiz Questions from a Publisher
Some publishers supply already made electronic quizzes, by providing “zip” file containing a question bank and quizzes. This job-aid will step you through how to upload the file to your Learning Hub course.
Importing
It is recommended to import one set (example, a chapter, quiz etc.) of questions at a time.
Go to your course
Go to your course and from the navigation bar select Edit Course
Copy / Export / Import
Under Site Resources > Copy/Export/Import
Import Course
Select Import Course Material > From a file > Next
Upload and Import
Select Upload > locate and select the file you want to add (it will either live on your desktop computer or in the manage files area).
Once the file has uploaded > select Import All Components
Successfully imported
Once the file has imported, the following message will appear “Your course package was successfully imported!”
To access the newly imported questions, select Activities > Quizzes > Question Library >
Your imported questions will be listed in their own folders
** Note: The newly imported questions will be placed in the Question Library of your course.
