Class for Teams – Quick Polls

You can either create a poll in the moment and launch it or share a saved poll. You can launch a saved poll as many times as you want.

1. Select Collaborate.
2. Select Quick Polls.
3. Go to Saved Polls.
4. Select a poll.
5. Select Launch.

Follow these steps to create polls you want to use in the moment, save for later, or both.

1. Select Collaborate.
2. Select Quick Polls.
3. Select New Poll.
4. Choose the Poll Type.
5. Type the Poll question.
6. If multiple choice, type each Option. Select Add Option to add more poll choices, if you need to.
7. Save Save or Launch.
   • Save: Save the poll to use later or more than once.
   • Launch: Launch the poll without saving.

If the poll window is not visible, select Poll to open it.

• End Poll: The poll is no longer available. You can now review the poll results.
• Lock poll: The poll is still visible but nobody can take it. When the poll is locked, you can choose to share the results with your learners in real-time.

You can see poll results in real-time and again later in quick poll results.

Real Time Results

You can see the responses in the Poll window. If the Poll window is not visible, select Poll in the main toolbar to see it. The Poll window shows how many responses there are for each option.

1. Select Collaborate.
2. Select Quick Polls.
3. Select Poll Results.
4. Find the poll you want to review.
5. Select the Review icon in the Actions column.

Show learners the results. Learners can see the number of responses for each option. Learners cannot see how each person responded.

2. Select Show results
