Class for Teams recording not visible to students: Solution

A Class for Teams recording made available to students may still not be visible to students even though the instructor can view the recording and the recording access setting is set to “instructors, assistants and students“. This issue occurs when the Class session was not scheduled.

To make the recording visible, schedule the past session to match the date and time of the recording (click the “recordings” tab and refer to the “time” column for the correct recording date and time).

Please note: Due to privacy, do not share a recording by setting the access to “public”. This setting allows anyone with a recording link to view a recording.
