To publish a Kaltura video first go to Kaltura My Media which can be found under myTools.

Next click on the checkbox to the left of the video that you wish to publish and select Actions then Publish

On the new screen, select the Published icon and then tick the checkbox next to the names of the course(s) that you would like to publish the video in. When ready click Save

To publish a Kaltura video go to Kaltura Media Gallery which can be found under Activities.

Next, click on the + Add Media button

Now, click on the checkbox to the left of the video(s) that you would like to publish in your course and then click Publish

Please note that publishing a video using this method will only publish it inside the course that you are currently in.
