Kaltura – Where to find Kaltura in your course

Use this tool to insert Kaltura media from either your My Media tool or Media Gallery inside your course tools.

1. Select Content in the navigation bar
2. Select Add Existing Activities > Add Kaltura Media

This is a repository where your published videos exist inside the course. When videos are published inside a specific course, anyone listed in the classlist (students or other admin) can see your published videos

1. Select Activities > Kaltura Media Gallery

This tool is your individual tool repository. You can upload videos to this tool that only you have the ability to see and publish into individual courses. Think of this as your individual staging area.
